Rental Procedure

Request Visit
Our sales team will make a free visit to assess the weight and size of the loads you will be moving, as well as any special requirements, such as the need for a specialised attachment or the need to operate in a narrow aisle.
Proposal
After discussing your requirements with our team, we will recommend the reconditioned forklift that best meets your needs. We will provide you with the specifications of the recommended forklift, including its weight capacity, height, and width.
Agreement
Once you have chosen your reconditioned forklift, we will provide you with the rental agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the rental. You will need to sign the rental agreement and provide us with any necessary documentation.
Delivery
We will arrange for the delivery of the forklift to your site. Our team will ensure that the forklift is in good working condition before delivery. Once the forklift is delivered, we will provide you with a demonstration of its operation and safety features.
Return
At the end of the rental period, you will need to return the forklift to us in the same condition in which it was delivered. We will inspect the forklift to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was rented.
