We take great pride in our forklifts. Every unit undergoes a strict and thorough inspection before reconditioning work begins. Our goal is to roll out forklifts that are restored to almost showroom condition to deliver optimum performance and safety while maximizing cost savings.
Dismantle
The forklift is disassembled in order to determine the types of repair and upgrades that are required.
Cleaning
Here we wash the forklift parts with water jet, this helps provide clean and safe working conditions.
Paintwork
The framework will be ready for repainting at our own spray booth and necessary body work is also performed.
Inspection
The used forklift will be inspected fully before any repairment or replacement work begins.
Repair
Repairment of engine or parts is held after inspecting the equipment in and out by our support team.
Installation
Electronical parts are fitted and corresponding work is completed for battery and engine forklifts.
Wiring
Final adjustments are made to the forklift in preparation for final
inspection by the technical support team.
Complete
Parts are carefully installed for completion.
Quality Control
Complete assessment will be carried to ensure its best condition before distribution to our respective customers.
